Gorillaz Rhinstone Eyes Fan video progress update!

Hey friends. I have been really, really busy of late, working on a whole bunch of projects which I of course can't say anything about. Suffice it to say progress on Rhinestone Eyes has been slow, but I will be ramping up to do more in the next few weeks/months...I swear. Probably. Or at least that's what I would like to happen.

    2. SOOOOO close. But so far away, too. There's only a few seconds left to animate but I'm busy with other stuff. Just like you, can't find the time.

  7. Out of interest, how are things going on the horsemen of the apocalypse flashback section? I seem to remember you mentioning at some point that you felt this was going to be the hardest section to animate but also that you were in the middle of doing it - has it turned out to be as complex as you feared? I could never work out why that was the bit you were most apprehensive about - I would have thought the sections with Russel and the whale would be the hardest, but then I'm no animator :D

  12. Hi! In the title it says "fan video progress", so I got a bit confused.. is this something you're doing on your own or will this be the official gorillaz video? o:
Anyways, it looks awesome so far!

    1. Yeah it is a fan video made by me, trying to look as authentic as possible, to the point where people could be forgiven for thinking it IS the official video :)
